All product prices listed in our online shop are final prices in Euros (€). They include the statutory German Value Added Tax (VAT) and all other price components, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated specifically for your order and are communicated to you during the basket process. They are reconfirmed on the final order page before you complete the purchase.

Delivery Restrictions:
Shipping costs are generally calculated as a flat rate based on the destination country.
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (e.g., United Kingdom, USA, Switzerland), please be aware of the following:
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of the order confirmation, subject to inventory availability.
The total delivery time depends on the shipping service provider and the destination country.
The delivery time is extended appropriately in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
We will inform you of the beginning and end of such obstacles as soon as possible. If we are not responsible for the delay, we are entitled to terminate the contract regarding the unfulfilled part.
If we are responsible for non-compliance with bindingly agreed deadlines (default), your claim for compensation for damage caused by delay is limited to a maximum of 5% of the invoice value of the affected deliveries.
For Consumers (B2C): The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods is transferred to you upon receipt of the goods. This occurs legally as soon as you (the customer), or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically take possession of the goods.
Documentation: Each shipped order will be accompanied by a proof of purchase (tax receipt or tax invoice) and a specific replacement/return form to facilitate any necessary returns.
Deliveries to private individuals are generally made only against prepayment or immediate digital payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage (e.g., crushed boxes or leaking fluids), please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent (courier) and contact us as soon as possible.

While this timeframe is not a preclusive deadline for statutory warranty claims for consumers, prompt notification allows us to rectify the issue immediately.
